Summary
I requested a later appointment so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Sam called when he was on the way and was very professional and put on the paper shoe covers. After he finished cleaning the gas logs, he took time to show me how to light the pilot and work the remote to my fireplace. He was very helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. Sam would be the one I would ask for if I could get him.
